Refund Policy
GAGOU LLC (“GAGOU”) shall accept returns within 3 days of receipt, only if the delivery packaging has not been opened, or in the event GAGOUs product(s) was/were found damaged; refunds will also be accepted in case GAGOU sent a different product.
In those cases where returns are accepted, GAGOU commits to either send a new product or to refund the payment in the original mode of payment. Refunds will typically take between 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the used credit cards. Customers will pay for the shipping in relation to the return/s unless the product was wrongly sent or found damaged. Products can not be refunded without a receipt.
Customers are not eligible for a refund in case the product was bought with a discount.
Customers will not receive any notification once the refund is complete.
Please note that GAGOU reserves the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product(s) has been used or tampered with.

Cancellation Policy – GAGOU LLC
GAGOU LLC (“GAGOU”) reserves the right to cancel any of the orders in the event of any discrepancy, unavailability of the product in the inventory, error in pricing, force majeure, and error in product information.
GAGOU also reserves the right to seek additional customer information for the purpose of accepting orders in a few cases. In the event your order has to be cancelled, you will be partially or completely refunded.
Please note the following:
1. After the order is placed, it can be cancelled from your end before the product is dispatched. In this case of cancellation before dispatch, cancellation fees of 5% will be levied and the balance amounting to 95% of the amount will be refunded to your account within 10 to 45 days, depending on your bank.
2. On receiving the cancellation request prior to the product being dispatched, the amount will be refunded through the same mode of payment.
3. Cancellation of custom-made/customized jewelry/products will not be accepted under any circumstances.
4. In case the cancellation was received after the dispatch, all shipping costs will be deducted from your products price and the remaining amount will be refunded into your bank account.
GAGOU reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
